For help with the app, your account, privacy or a safety concern, email hello@bereanbiblestudy.app.

Before writing

• If part of the Bible or commentary will not open, reconnect once and try again. Material opens offline after its first download.
• If a note has not synced, leave the app open briefly after reconnecting. Your device keeps a local copy while it waits.
• Use Settings, My Data to export your work or permanently delete your account.
• Use Report beside a message or study contribution for harassment, threats, unsafe approaches or other breaches of the community rules.

When you email

Describe what you were doing and what happened. Include the app version shown at the bottom of Settings. Never email your password. A reply address is used only to answer your request.

Immediate danger

Nobody monitors the app around the clock. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services where they are.
